Dates for the upcoming Girls City trials are as follows;

 

Under 11 City Girls Final Trial

Tuesday 10th September at Walker Riverside Academy, NE6 4AW

Meet 4:15pm for a 4:30pm start.

Under 13 City Girls Final Trial

Wednesday 11th September at Walker Riverside Academy, NE6 4AW

Meet 4:15pm for a 4:30pm start.

​

Under 15 City Girls Trial

Tuesday 10th September at Jesmond Park Academy, NE7 7HL

Meet 4:00pm for a 4:15pm start.

​

Under 15 City Girls Trial

Tuesday 17th September at Walker Riverside Academy, NE6 4AW

Meet 4:15pm for a 4:30pm start.

Ian Beck. Ian has dedicated his life to providing children in Newcastle with sporting

opportunities, despite retiring due to being diagnosed with MND 8 years ago.

U15 CHAMPIONS CUP - YORK 2 - 6 NEWCASTLE

02/02/24

Goal (Kuba Zmich (St. Cuthbert's) gave Newcastle early lead. York punished errors at the back to go in at half time 2-1. Newcastle dominated the second period and scored 5 goals (Ryan Mota (Walker Riverside), Natu Haile (St. Cuthbert's), Motasem Lamah (Walker Riverside), Rafael Costa Figuera (Studio West), Ashton Wakenshaw (Studio West) to run out worthy winners 6-2 at full time.

U15 CHAMPIONS CUP - NEWCASTLE 4 - 2 CHESTER LE STREET

02/02/24

​

Goals in the first half from Franklyn Oviawe (St.Cuthbert's) & Robert Taylor (Kenton).

David Bangura (St. Cuthbert's) made it 3-0. Then with 20 minutes to go Chester Le Street scored two late penalties to make it 3-2. Then with 5 minutes to go Ryan Mota increased Newcastle's lead 4-2 at the final whistle.
