UNDER 15/16 BOYS

The first International match was in 1907 against Wales. A number of Newcastle pupils were

called up to play in England Schoolboys Under 15 team

(later the Under 16s from 1997) before it ceased in 1998 when the FA took over the running of the team.

UNDER 15 GIRLS

The England Schoolgirls Under 15 started in 2012. Rebecca Ferguson became the first Newcastle player to be selected for the Under 15 England Schoolgirls team in 2018.
